A completed referral is all that is necessary for the echocardiogram to be completed.
We will organise a time that is suitable for the patient to conduct the echocardiogram.
Cardiac Ultrasound Reports
The primary report will be completed by the sonographer on the same day, and finalised by the reporting Cardiologist.
Current reporting Cardiologist is A/Prof Edward Barin
The final report will then be relayed to the referring doctor and GP.
Most Echocardiograms will be completed within 24-48 hours.
